  Reduction ratio: helical planetary reducer input speed to output speed.

  Average life: Refers to the rated load of the reducer and the highest input speed during continuous operation.

  Full load efficiency: refers to the transmission efficiency of the reducer under the maximum load (fault stop output torque).

  Lubrication: The helical planetary reducer does not require lubrication.The reducer is completely sealed, so there is no need to add grease during the entire service life.

  Noise: The unit is decibel (dB).When the input speed is 3000 RPM, no load, and one meter away from the reducer, measure the value.

  Rated torque: the standard of reducer.Under this value, when the output speed is 100 RPM, the life of the reducer is the average life.Over this value, the average life of the reducer will be reduced.When the output torque exceeds twice this value, the reducer fails.

  Number of stages: the number of planetary gear sets.Since one set of planetary gears cannot meet the larger transmission ratio, sometimes two or three sets are required to meet the user's requirements for larger transmission ratios.As the number of planetary gears increases, the length of the two- or three-stage reduction stage increases and the efficiency decreases.

  Return clearance: When the output end of the helical planetary reducer is fixed and the input end rotates clockwise and counterclockwise, when the rated torque + -2% torque is generated at the output end, there is a small angular displacement at the input end of the reducer, that is, the return clearance.The unit is a fraction or one-sixtieth.The return clearance value given in the manual refers to the output end of the reducer.
