  2. Speed ​​reduction reduces the inertia of the load at the same time, and the reduction in inertia is the square of the reduction ratio.You can see that a general motor has an inertia value.

  3. After determining the reduction ratio, please multiply the rated torque of your selected servo motor by the reduction ratio. In principle, the value obtained should be less than the rated output torque of the similar reducer provided in the product catalog. At the same time, consider the drive motor. Overload capacity and the maximum working torque required in practice.

  The required maximum working torque should be less than 2 times the rated output torque.After satisfying the above conditions, please choose the reducer with the smallest volume. The cost of the smaller reducer is relatively low.

  The user can choose a series reducer that meets its accuracy requirements.Also consider lateral/radial forces and average life.

  The reducer with large lateral/radial force is highly reliable in installation and use, and it is not easy to cause problems.Usually its average life is much longer than the life of the equipped servo motor.

  After meeting the above indicators, you can choose the reducer that matches your motor in terms of installation dimensions, shaft diameter and input flange according to the product catalog.

  Right-angle planetary reducers can be directly installed on AC and DC servo motors, brushless motors, and stepping motors, and are widely used in industrial fields with medium precision.
