  1. Speed ​​ratio: The reduction ratio of the precision planetary reducer roughly selects the rated speed of the motor divided by the final output speed.

  For example, if the final output speed is 200RPM and the motor rated speed is 3000RPM, then the speed ratio of the precision planetary reducer should be about 1:15.Of course, depending on the working conditions, the final output speed should be high or low.

  2. Torque: The rated torque of the planetary reducer should be greater than or equal to the rated torque of the motor multiplied by the reduction ratio.

  Assuming that the rated torque of the servo motor is 10 n.m and the reduction ratio is 15, the rated torque of the selected planetary reduction model should be greater than 10 * 15 = 150 n.m.

  3. Accuracy: The return clearance of the precision planetary reducer depends on the specific work requirements.

  Generally speaking, the gap used by the servo motor should not be greater than 20arcmin.If the single-stage precision planetary reducer can reach less than or equal to 3arcmin, it is usually a high-end product.
