What causes the vibration of the planetary reducer

Mechanical equipment makes people's work easier and faster, and now people have adapted to the mechanical age.Planetary reducer is indispensable in many equipment and provides very important functions. However, various failures will occur after the equipment is used for a long time, and the planetary reducer is no exception.Among them, the vibration of the planetary deceleration opportunities requires people to solve it as soon as possible, otherwise accidents are likely to occur. What are the reasons for the vibration of the general planetary reducer? Let's take a look!

If there is a reason for the excessive oscillation of the planetary reducer, generally we will start from several aspects. Too much oscillation of the base can cause problems, excessive wear of the motor, and possibly the detuning of the transmission mechanism and the mechanical balance of the rotor.

Excessive bearing wear: long-term operation of the bearing, the bearing gap may be too large or unbalanced, resulting in bearing conflict and heating, worrying that the rotor and stator will conflict, which will directly damage the bearing. The sliding bearing is prone to oscillation. Because of the viscous effect of the lubricating oil, the shaft will float, and this is also related to the bearing component. If the bearing component is larger, the wear will be faster.

Transmission disorder: When the calibration line between the motor and the driver in the planetary reducer is not good, the oscillation frequency of the base can be said to be the speed of the planetary reducer. It may be a problem with the planning of the base that causes an unstable state in operation.

Rotor mechanical imbalance: The imbalance referred to here refers to the imbalance when the rotor is stopped and when the rotor is rolling. The rotor violates the shaft center and generates an abnormal oscillation due to the deflection and forwarding under the effect of centrifugal force.

Rotor parts are loose: some parts of the motor rotor, commutator, magnetic poles, pulleys, etc., planetary reducers will also have these loosening conditions after a long period of use. Generally, there will be noises in the rotor in this situation. If these conditions occur, hurry up. Processing, the result will become more and more serious due to a long time.

When the planetary reducer vibrates, you may wish to check it according to the above introduction, maybe you can find the cause faster and reduce the occurrence of failures.
