  The correct installation, use and maintenance of the precision planetary reducer is an important part of ensuring the normal operation of mechanical equipment.Therefore, when you install the planetary reducer, please strictly follow the following installation sequence and carefully assemble it.

  XNUMX. Before installation, confirm whether the motor and reducer are intact, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the connecting parts of the drive motor and the reducer match.

  This refers to the size and matching tolerance between the positioning boss and shaft diameter of the drive motor flange and the positioning groove and aperture of the precision planetary reducer flange; wipe the dirt and burrs on the mating surface.

  XNUMX. Unscrew the screw plug on the process hole on the side of the flange of the reducer, rotate the input end of the reducer, align the holding hexagon socket screw cap with the process hole, and insert the hexagon socket tool to loosen and tighten the hexagon socket screw.

Precision planetary reducer

  XNUMX. Hold the drive motor so that the keyway on the shaft is perpendicular to the screw in the input end hole of the reducer, and insert the drive motor shaft into the input end hole of the precision planetary reducer.

  When inserting, it must be ensured that the concentricity of the two is the same and that the flanges on both sides are parallel.If the concentricity is inconsistent or the two flanges are not parallel, the reason must be investigated.

  In addition, during installation, hammering is strictly prohibited, which can prevent excessive axial force or radial force from damaging the bearings of the two bearings, and judge whether the two are matched properly by the assembly feel.The method of judging the concentricity and the parallelism of the two flanges is as follows: after the two are inserted into each other, the flanges of the two are basically close, and the gap is the same.

  XNUMX. In order to ensure the uniform force of the flange connection between the two, first screw the fastening screws of the drive motor arbitrarily, but do not tighten; then tighten the four fastening screws diagonally; finally tighten the precision planetary reducer Hold the screw in the input end hole.Be sure to tighten the fastening screws of the drive motor first, and then tighten the screws at the input end of the reducer.

  Note: The correct installation between the reducer and mechanical equipment is similar to the correct installation between the precision planetary reducer and the drive motor.The key is to ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the driven part is consistent.
