  How is the internal pressure of the right-angle planetary reducer produced:

  The temperature and pressure changes in the internal cavity of the planetary reducer directly affect its output during high-speed operation, and long-term rotation will also affect its life.

  The input and output ends of the right-angle planetary reducer with IP65 protection grade adopt sealed bearings and seal rings, which will also affect the temperature and pressure changes in the internal cavity of the reducer.

  Temperature and pressure limit the input speed. The maximum rotation efficiency of the planetary reducer is 98%, and 2% of the input energy is lost due to heat.

  This loss mainly comes from the friction between the seal roll and the bearing, which makes the temperature of the internal cavity of the planetary reducer rise.

  If the ambient temperature is relatively high, the temperature of the internal cavity of the reducer will also increase.The temperature of the internal cavity of the reducer directly limits the output torque and output speed.

Right angle planetary reducer

  There are two ways to reduce the internal pressure of the right-angle planetary reducer:

  XNUMX. Reduce the lubricating grease in the inner cavity of the planetary reducer. The lubricating grease may cause excessive oil temperature under long-term high-speed operation.

  But it should be noted that the grease keeps moving around after the reducer has been running for a period of time.

  The lack of grease for the sun gear and planetary gears of the planetary reducer may result in a reduction in the load-bearing capacity of the reducer during high-speed operation.

  XNUMX. The air distribution valve can be installed to send the high-pressure gas inside the reducer to the outside of the reducer.

  But it is necessary to ensure the safety and oil leakage of the right-angle planetary reducer, and at the same time, it must not destroy the protection functions of IP65, such as waterproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof.
