  A. Adjustment of the precision of the guide rail of the precision planetary reducer:

  For ordinary mechanical equipment, whether the gap between the sliding guides is suitable, usually a 0.03mm or 0.04mm thick feeler gauge is inserted in the end face for inspection, and the insertion depth should be less than 20mm.If the guide rail gap is not suitable, it must be adjusted in time.

  B. Adjustment of the gap between the screw and nut of the worm gear screw lifter:

  The screw nut drive of the screw elevator is the most common mechanism to realize linear motion.The fit between the screw and the nut is difficult to achieve without clearance.

  C. Adjustment of spindle rotation accuracy of precision planetary reducer:

  The rotation accuracy of the reducer spindle is generally determined by the bearing, provided that the machining error of the spindle itself meets the requirements.The key to adjusting the spindle rotation accuracy is to adjust the bearing clearance.

  Maintaining a reasonable amount of bearing clearance is of great significance to the performance of the spindle components and the life of the bearing.For rolling bearings, working with a large gap will not only cause the load to be concentrated on the rolling element in the direction of the force.

  In addition, serious stress concentration occurs at the contact between the inner and outer ring raceways of the bearing, which shortens the life of the bearing, and also causes the centerline of the spindle to drift, which is likely to cause the vibration of the spindle components.

  Therefore, the adjustment of the rolling bearing of the precision planetary reducer must be preloaded to generate a certain amount of interference inside the bearing, causing a certain amount of elastic deformation at the contact between the rolling element and the inner and outer ring raceways to improve the rigidity of the bearing.
