1. Hammering is strictly prohibited. When installing the output shaft of the right-angle planetary reducer, direct hammering is not allowed when couplings, belt pulleys, sprocket wheels, etc. are installed.

　　Because the output shaft structure of the reducer cannot withstand axial hammering, the screw hole can be screwed into the shaft end to press into the coupling.

　　2. A breather cap (exhaust screw plug) must be installed, and the plug at the highest position should be replaced with an exhaust screw before use to ensure that the right-angle planetary reducer discharges the gas in the body during operation.

　　If it is not replaced in time, the reducer will run for a long time, causing the gas in the reducer to swell the oil seal, and even the reducer will leak oil.

　　3. Change the lubricating oil in time, pay special attention to the first time. The first oil change should be paid special attention to. The right-angle planetary reducer should be replaced in time after 300-400 hours of operation for the first time, and every 1500-2000 in the future. Change the lubricating oil every hour.

　　In addition, the lubricating oil should be checked every half a month in the working environment with harsh working environment, high temperature and heavy dust. If the lubricating oil is found to be dirty, replace the lubricating oil to keep the lubricating oil clean and extend the right-angle planetary reducer. The service life of the machine improves economic efficiency.
